H.L - What is the strangest item you have eaten?
T.B — my hosts in Guadalajara, Mexico, asked what kind of food I would like, I said local food, so they took me to a food truck in the outskirts of Guadalajara, there was a long queue in which I stood patiently. I decided to act like the locals. the person in front of me took a tray, I took one myself when he approached the truck window he raised 3 fingers, I did the same and immediately 3 tortillas full of tartar meat landed on my tray, I hurried after the local guy in front of me that walked around an oval table with myriad spices, whatever spice he choose I did the same adding them to my tartar tortillas. after the first bite I felt hot, after the second I was burning, after the third, I saw my hosts running horrified towards me, I woke up 2 days later.
